Q: WHAT IS YOUR REFERRAL PROGRAM?

A: If you make a quality introduction to a decision maker (from a qualified organization with 5 or more salespeople), and we schedule and complete an in-office workshop with their team, we will send you $100.00. There is no limit to the amount of referral bonuses you can receive. Send us 500 referrals. Can you think of an easier way to make $25,000? Seriously, take us up on this amazing opportunity to help others as well as help yourself. Send us 10, probably 6 will be eligible, and we will send you $600, it is that easy. Q: WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY REFERRAL BONUS?

A: Once the meeting is completed, we will mail you your bonus (if we have your home address). If you have any questions as to why you have not received your bonus, please contact us at [email protected]. We may not have your home address, or other contact information to reach you. Also, if the referred company is already involved with Peak Seminars, that doesn’t constitute a referral bonus. Sometimes the number of sales representatives in the area doesn’t equal the standard of 5 or more for a qualified meeting.

Q: WHAT IF I CANNOT OR DID NOT MAKE THE SCHEDULED EVENT?

A: We are happy to work with you to help you benefit from your investment in every way although you are unable to attend the dates you originally chose. Our goal is to provide you with the highest level of customer service, just contact us at [email protected] with any questions.

Q: WHAT IF I BOUGHT A MEMBERSHIP, BUT CANNOT MAKE ANY OF THE EVENTS?

A: You may sell or transfer your membership to another individual by simply letting us know the name of the person who will be attending in your place. Also, you are welcome to give your membership to anyone as a gift. Finally, you may contact us, and for a nominal shipping and handling fee, the CDs of the events missed may be sent to you, either at the conclusion of your membership year, or after each event. Q: MY SPOUSE IS IN SALES OR MANAGEMENT, DO WE GET A SPECIAL RATE ON A SPOUSAL MEMBERSHIP?

A: Yes, you may enroll them at a 50% discount of your membership investment.

Q: WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING TO THE SEMINAR?

A: Just bring your positive attitude, a smile, dozens of your business cards, 2 pens and paper for notes. Often, workbooks are provided to follow the content of the speaker.
